Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of greenhealtheasy — the website, app, and related services connecting patients with independent doctors, lab clinics, and pharmacies. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using greenhealtheasy in any capacity — as a patient, doctor, lab clinic, medical store, or delivery agent — you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Prescription/Medicine Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. What greenhealtheasy is — and isn't
greenhealtheasy is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers — doctors, diagnostic/lab clinics, and pharmacies — and helps them coordinate consultations, lab tests, and medicine orders.
We are not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or medical practice ourselves, and we do not practice medicine. Every diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, and lab result comes from the independent, licensed professional you booked with — not from greenhealtheasy. We provide the booking, records, and communication infrastructure; clinical responsibility stays with the professional who provided the care, consistent with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when registering, and keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. A patient account for someone under 18 requires a parent/legal guardian to register and consent on their behalf; see our Privacy Policy for that process.
Doctors, lab clinics, and medical stores must hold a valid, current registration/license to practice or operate in India, and must provide accurate registration details for verification before their profile is shown publicly. See our Doctor Terms & RMP Declaration for provider-specific obligations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information about your identity, age, medical history, or professional credentials.
- Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare booking and delivery.
- Attempt to access another user's account, medical records, or provider dashboard without authorization.
- Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform's systems.
- Use content, images, or data scraped from the platform for a competing service.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any doctor, provider, delivery agent, or patient through the platform.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or — for a provider — loses their professional registration or fails verification.
5. Bookings, fees & payment
A consultation, lab test, or medicine order booked through greenhealtheasy is a contract between you and the doctor, clinic, or pharmacy you booked with — greenhealtheasy facilitates it but is not a party to that clinical relationship. Fees shown at booking are set by the provider. Where a booking involves online payment, it is processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway under its own terms; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
6. Medical disclaimer
greenhealtheasy is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a potentially life-threatening condition, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately — do not wait for or rely on a booking through this platform.
A telemedicine consultation has inherent limitations — the doctor may not be able to physically examine you, and may determine that an in-person visit, diagnostic test, or emergency referral is necessary. Prescriptions, where issued, are given only where clinically appropriate and legally permitted, at the treating doctor's professional discretion — booking a consultation is never a guarantee of a prescription or a specific treatment outcome.
7. Intellectual property
The greenhealtheasy name, logo, website, and app — including their design, code, and content we author — belong to us or our licensors. You may use the platform for its intended personal or professional healthcare purpose; you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Content you submit (e.g. a review, a symptom description) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, greenhealtheasy is not liable for the clinical decisions, advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment provided by an independent doctor, clinic, or pharmacy on the platform, nor for losses arising from your reliance on them — that responsibility sits with the licensed professional who provided the care. We are also not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services we rely on (payment gateways, video-call providers, delivery partners) that are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform, applicable law, or our services change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below, and — where the change affects how your consent-based data is used — we will ask for fresh consent as described in our Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of greenhealtheasy will first be addressed through our Grievance Redressal process; if unresolved, courts at our place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law giving you the right to approach a forum closer to you.
